How To

When posting an enhancement request, create a title under the appropriate category (General, Circulation, Item Management, etc.)  Then highlight the title and change the format (in toolbar) to heading 3.

Garbage on Screen

Client does not display correctly.  Is broken up and scrambled.

Solution -- Right click anywhere in the Windows desktop.  Select properties and click on the Settings tab.  In the Color quality drop down, select the Highest (32 bit) option.  Click on OK.  You will be prompted as to whether or not you want to save the settings.  Choose "Yes".
